United Coachways operates a transportation quote, booking, coordination, brokerage, vendor network, and lead-distribution business.

If you do not want your quote request or contact information shared or sold to transportation vendors or vendor subscribers, do not submit a quote request through our website. You may also contact us using the opt-out methods described below.

If you submit an opt-out request before we distribute your quote request, we may be unable to provide the same quote, vendor matching, or transportation coordination services because sharing lead information with vendors/providers may be necessary to respond to your request.
If your information has already been disclosed to vendors, providers, or subscribers before we process your opt-out request, we may not be able to retrieve or delete information already provided to third parties, but we will process your request as required by applicable law.
Covered businesses that sell or share personal information may need to provide a clear “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link, honor opt-outs, and honor valid browser-based global privacy controls where required.
8. Sensitive Information
We may collect certain sensitive information where necessary to provide services, process payments, verify authorization, prevent fraud, or comply with law. We do not request Social Security numbers from customers for transportation quotes. We do not intend to store full credit card numbers or card security codes.

Vendors, providers, and paid subscribers who receive customer lead information from United Coachways must use that information only for legitimate transportation-related purposes connected to the specific quote request, availability review, booking, or service.
Vendors may not resell, disclose, publish, scrape, export, transfer, or misuse customer lead information. Vendors are responsible for complying with applicable privacy, advertising, telemarketing, transportation, insurance, safety, and consumer protection laws.
12. Communications, Calls, Texts, and Emails
By submitting a quote request or creating an account, you authorize United Coachways to contact you using the contact information you provide. Communications may include quote responses, booking updates, payment links, contract links, service updates, vendor/provider coordination, reminders, customer support, and marketing messages.
You may opt out of marketing emails or texts where required by law. Transactional, reservation, payment, legal, security, and service-related messages may still be sent.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website, transmission, database, CRM, email system, payment system, or storage method is completely secure.
