How Verbal SMS Consent Is Collected

This page documents our SMS consent collection process for toll-free messaging verification purposes.

Before sending any text message, our sales representative obtains explicit verbal consent from the customer.

The representative states:

β€œWith your permission, we will send service-related text messages to this mobile number regarding your transportation quote, pricing updates, scheduling information, and follow-up questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP at any time to opt out. Consent to receive text messages is not required to obtain a quote or services. Do we have your permission to send you text messages?”

The customer must verbally agree before any SMS message is sent.

Consent Documentation

Verbal consent is recorded in our internal CRM notes, including:

  • Date and time of consent
  • The phone number provided
  • The representative who obtained consent

No text messages are sent unless consent is documented.

Opt-Out Instructions

Customers may opt out at any time by replying:

  • STOP to cancel
  • HELP for assistance
